1．基本信息 王昕，女，1975年9月出生，山东莒南人，博士，副教授，博士生导师。职称为副教授。1999年本科毕业于山东农业大学，2002年硕士研究生毕业于西北农林科技大学，同年留校任教迄今。2005年获得西北农林科技大学博士学位。2006年入选“西北农林科技大学青年学术骨干支持计划”。2007.5至2008.5在美国威斯康星大学做访问学者。 中国畜牧兽医学会畜禽遗传标记分会会员。
2．研究方向 生物技术与家畜育种、动物遗传资源研究
3．开设课程 主讲本科生《动物数量遗传学》、《动物育种学》和《动物遗传学》课程的理论及试验课程；主讲研究生《动物基因工程》课程。目前指导5名在读硕士研究生，毕业2名。
4．学术成果（省级以上） 自2006年以来，先后主持国家自然科学基金、国家“948”项目子课题、陕西省自然科学基金、陕西省科技攻关项目、中国博士后基金、西北农林科技大学重大培育专项及青年学术骨干支持计划等课题，作为主要参加人参加了国家973、863、国家自然科学基金以及国家科技部重大科研项目等6项课题的研究工作。2006年获得陕西省自然科学优秀学术论文二等奖；2008年获得中国农业科学院科学技术成果奖一等奖；2008年西北农林科技大学科研工作先进个人。《动物育种学》课程获得2008年西北农林科技大学教学成果奖；作为主讲人之一的《动物遗传学》2009年获得国家精品课程；《动物育种学》2011年获得省级精品课程称号。 近年来，先后在Animal Genetics，J Dairy Sci农林类I区以第一作者发表SCI论文4篇，在Mol Biol Rep，Small Ruminant Research和Asian-Aust.J.Anim Sci.等其他期刊以第一作者发表SCI论文6篇，并在遗传学报、畜牧兽医学报、遗传等期刊共发表12余篇。 近年来发表部分论文情况： Wang X, Li T, Zhao H B, Khatib H.
